- All cattle sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association. All comments from the block on sale day are final and take precedence over any printed materials.
Guarantee
- EVERY OPEN HEIFER sells guaranteed open at the time of the sale and to be a breeder providing acceptable management, nutrition and health.
- EVERY BRED FEMALE is guaranteed to be bred on sale day as stated in the sale catalog or as updated from the block at sale time.
- EVERY BULL is guaranteed to be sound to the best of our knowledge, and has successfully passed a breeding soundness exam by a veterinarian prior to the sale.

Retained Semen Interest
- All bulls sell with 100% possession and 100% semen rights unless otherwise stated from the block or in the sale catalog.
Delivery
- Free delivery East of the Mississippi River
- Please call for delivery West of the Mississippi River
- $100 rebate offered to anyone that picks up their animal(s) within one week of the sale.

- Fred Smith Company Ranch would like to extend a 5% repeat buyer discount to our customers who have purchased from us in the last 12 months.
ONLINE INVOICING
- Invoicing for online buyers will be completed at the end of the auction. You will be contacted to coordinate delivery of animals.
